William and Lydia
This photo is of my grandparents, William and Lydia. They were married in the territory of Arizona. My grandfather, William died of lung disease. As a widow, my grandmother Lydia mortgaged her home for $600 so my Dad could open his first El Cholo. We’re fortunate for Lydia and her vision to see that my father was going to do wonderful things with El Cholo.
