Chef Felix
Felix Salcedo first came to work as a young dishwasher for my close friend, Hans Prager at the Ritz in Newport Beach. We were lucky to have moved him from The Ritz to our Sonora Cafe in Downtown LA in 1986. Now he is currently Executive Chef for El Cholo and has been for over 43 years.Without Felix we would be lost and we are truly grateful for his hard work and service to El Cholo.
